Located in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, Strike Zone Restaurant & Pub was a popular destination known for its great service, atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks. Unfortunately, the establishment is now permanently closed. Despite its closure, Strike Zone Restaurant & Pub had a reputation for offering a diverse menu, including lobster rolls, haddock, prime rib, and more. This place looked nice, and the service was not bad. The food sucked.
The fried pickles were exactly how you would imagine. A decent appetizer. (Not many included though.)
The mac and cheese balls were pretty mid. (Not many included.)
If you held the pizza sideways to your eye, you wouldn't be able to see it because it was so thin. The texture was crusty, not very good.
The nachos SUCKED. The olives were the only things that had taste.
The fried shrimp was very mid.
The fries were pretty good. Big and crispy.
The steak was easily the best thing there.
Boring menu, the waitress seemed annoyed with having to deal with customers and there were only two tables in use by people. The food was bland and no different than if I bought it in a grocery freezer so the price for it was a tad outlandish. And $18 for a basic burger with lettuce and a tomato slices is laughable. I get why the tables were empty .Definitely never going back

Drinks were great, Loved the outdoor seating patio. We didn't have the food, but I can say, what we saw, looked fantastic. Will definitely be back when we are in the area next Summer. Was located within walking distance of the Pier, In the center of everything. Great place to people watch as you eat and have a couple of drinks outdoors. No wait, clean restrooms.
Cool little seaside pub. I don't spend much time in old orchard, but when I do I like to make a stop here at strike zone. It's just far enough back from the waterfront to be quiet but still close enough to walk
Food is good but nothing jumps out on the menu its the same old same old average beach food. Staff is awesome and the beer isnt expensive. Regular bar at the beach.
The food was great, it came out very quickly without much of a wait. Our waitress Josie gave great recommendations on what to order, and created a friendly atmosphere! Overall, I had a great experience and will definetly be recommending to family and friends.
Mind blown with great food! Definitely has the beach theme as well as the salt seasoned into the food to resemble the coastal like lifestyle. Highly recommend and very friendly staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so!
